Your parcel stuck at the Post Office for more than 3 working days?
Don’t worry we will check the parcel status for you. Please address this report to the respective courier service and our Customer Service Unit here within 24 hours. Our support team will resolve the issue and keep you updated.
For parcel return issues, if you did not collect at the Post Office within 7 working days, your parcel will automatically return to Iman Publication.
We will charge a new postage for your parcel and deliver it to the respected address. You are responsible for claiming the parcel within a month after parcel return or else the parcel will be disposed of by our team.
