1. All the items must be successfully purchased at the website imanshoppe.com
2. Your order will be ready within 24 hours after you have successfully purchased at the website.
3. You may start pickup from 2.00 pm until 4.00 pm during working days Monday to Friday (except Public Holiday).
4. Kindly show your Order ID (Eg: #12345) during pickup at the Warehouse and strictly no walk-in for purchase.
5. Item will be kept at the warehouse within 3 weeks and the charge may be applied for the late pick up.
6. All items are non-refundable and non-transferable from the time of purchase. We don't provide any Cash On Delivery.
