Step 1:
Fill up this Parcel Problem form. Our support team will entertain your issue immediately within 24 hours (Monday - Friday: from 9.00 am to 5 pm) via email.
Step 2:
For severe physical damage, please report to Easyparcel Support Team via email, support@easyparcel.my as soon as possible after receiving the parcel for damage claim.

Full name: Order no: Tracking number: State the damage: (with picture of parcel and item for proof and clarification)
Step 3:
Please send the copy of the report to our support team via Customer Service IMAN Helpdesk for justification. Our team will follow up the case with the courier for further action.
Step 4:
You don’t have to return the damaged items to us. We will take the responsibility for all the inconvenience caused and deliver a new item to you within 2-3 working days.
