You can report to us for a replacement with the following reasons:

 

  • I did not receive the product(s) (e.g. missing parcel, parcel lost in transit)

  • I received incomplete product(s) (e.g. incomplete order)

  • I received the wrong product(s) (e.g. wrong item, extra parcel/item)

  • I received product(s) with physical damage (e.g. dented, broken, scratched)

  • I received faulty product(s) (e.g. printing errors, missing pages, blank pages)

 

Kindly contact our Customer Service Unit here within 24 hours. Our support team may dispute your report if he/she disagrees with the reason you reported for a replacement.
