Step 1:

Contact our Customer Service Unit here within 24 hours to collect the shipping slip for parcel return

 

Step 2:

Follow the instructions below:

 

  1. Download and print your return shipping slip. 

  2. Pack the product properly and attach the return slip to the parcel.

  3. Drop off the parcel at any nearest post office (Pos Laju /J&T Express) branch for free.

 

Step 3:

Take a picture of the parcel, books and consignment note and email it to our Customer Service Unit via IMAN Helpdesk. This will be used to help claim for damages should your parcel be damaged en route.

 

Note: Parcel drop off will need to be done within a month after receiving shipping slip at any PosLaju / Pos Malaysia or J&T Express Branch. 

 



What to Expect Next?

 

Your parcel return will be processed within 5 working days, after the parcel has arrived in the IMAN warehouse and is inspected for condition. You will be notified of the outcome via email.
